OCT Assisted Corneal Surgery (OACS) - DSAEK after a Failed PK

This video demonstrates the use of the intraoperative OCT (Zeiss Callisto Lumera) in verifying the positioning of a DSAEK graft in an eye that has a decompensation PK. The corneal scaring was removed to allow visualization and a pull-through technique was used to inset the tissue.
