It was all worth it to finally complete a 100 mile trail run. The crew at Haliburton was outstanding. Helen Mamberg ran a great trail run! The best part was that my two oldest children - Amy and Nate came to support me. Nate paced me the last 25 miles. I could not have finished without them.
