I can only imagine the dialogue that would follow an inspection of these guys, had this taken place in America... FDA: "So, what's going on here fellas?" Africans: "We thought we'd grow rust on these barrels and sell them on the tetanus black market." FDA: "Hmm...sounds good. Now let me have a drink out of your dirty cup" Africans: "Why certainly!"
